Returns/Exchange Policy

Returns Policy :-

Eligible Returns: There shall not be a return except for Defective goods only


Our returns policy lasts 3 days(including Saturdays & Sundays). Returns must be done within 3 days upon receiving the goods purchased. This Policy will not apply after 3 days on the date of receiving the goods. Returns must be communicated to us within the time period (3 days) via e-mail tiptopbandit@gmail.com only.

You must send the goods back to us within 3 days of receiving it. Otherwise this policy will not apply to you. All goods that are being couriered back to us must be done via special courier service which has a tracking code. A receipt of the purchase and the courier tracking code must be enclosed in the email. Proof of the defect on the product must be photographed and enclosed in the email.

Once, you have sent your email to us, please allow us some time to receive the goods to review your issue & get back to you. Once we have received the goods, we would conduct an inspection alongside with the picture you have enclosed in the email. Only after then, we will determine whether you are eligible to a return for the defective item. Should you be entitled to a return, we will notify you via email and we will refund you the full amount of the purchase price, including all costs of delivery.


Exchange Policy :- ***NOTE*** We have 2 Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy 1: Eligible Exchange
i. There shall not be any other reason for exchange except if the item received were delivered to you by mistake on our part, the Wrong Size, Wrong Colour, Wrong Item.

ii. To be eligible for an exchange, the item you purchased must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

This Policy will not apply after 3 days on the date of receiving the goods. Exchange must be communicated to us within the time period (5 days) via e-mail tiptopbandit@gmail.com only.

You must send the goods back to us within 3 days of receiving it. Otherwise this policy will not apply to you. All goods that are being couriered back to us must be done via special courier service which has a tracking code. A receipt of the purchase and the courier tracking code must be enclosed in the email. You must have valid proof that we have had a mistake to our orders & delivery that has resulted you into having an exchange.

Once you have sent your e-mail to us, please allow us some time to respond to you while we will look into your issue. Should there be a substantial mistake on our part on the delivery of the goods, we would reimburse you for the cost for posting the Exchange item back to us, and then for the correct item back to you later on. Initial delivery cost is not included.

Exchange Policy 2: Eligible Exchange

i. You are eligible for an exchange ONLY & STRICTLY for
a) A different item of the same amount or higher
b) Various Items that is of the same value or higher, of the initial item purchased

PROVIDED THAT, the item you purchased must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We would only make a final decision to whether you are eligible for an exchange upon arrival & inspection of the goods. Once you are eligible, we will notify you through e-mail, and you will be able to select your exchange.

***NOTE*** Should you fall under this part of our Exchange policy, all delivery costs are STRICTLY on you.
